2. Course Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to all purchased courses.
  • Annual Plan members receive access to all current and future courses released during their subscription period.
  • Course access is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription within 10 days of your initial purchase date for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests made after the 10-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us at support@effektivai.io with your order details.
  • Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Billing

  • The Annual Plan is billed monthly at $25.00 for 12 consecutive months.
  • Payments are automatically charged on the same date each month.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
  • EffektivAI.io reserves the right to suspend access if a payment fails.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of EffektivAI.io.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without prior written permission.
  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform in any way.
  • EffektivAI.io reserves the right to terminate any account found in violation of these terms.

7. Changes to Content

  • EffektivAI.io reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.
  • New courses will be added throughout the year and made available to Annual Plan members at no additional cost.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from completing our courses.
