Billing, cancellation and refunds
Single courses. Billed once, at $30.00 There is no recurring charge of any kind and your access does not expire. Because you get immediate access to the full course, single-course purchases are final. Preview the lessons and read the course description before you buy and if something is not what you expected, email us anyway. We would rather hear about it.
All-Access. $20.00 per month, billed monthly and renewed automatically $240.00 over a full year. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support@effektivai.io. When you cancel you will not be charged again, and you keep full access through the end of your current billing month. No cancellation fee, no retention hoops, no phone call required.
Receipts and invoices. Every purchase generates an itemized receipt suitable for firm reimbursement or CLE expense records. Need a W-9 or an invoice addressed to the firm? Email support@effektivai.io.
FAQ
Do these courses carry CLE credit?

Do I need any technical background?
No. If you can use a browser and a word processor, you can take every course we offer. Nothing here requires coding.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel All-Access?
You keep them. Certificates you have already earned are yours permanently, even after your subscription ends.
What happens to the courses if I cancel?
Access to the library ends when your paid month does. If there is one course you want to keep permanently, buy it outright that copy is yours regardless of your subscription.
Can I start with a single course and upgrade later?
Yes. Email us within [30] days of a single-course purchase and we will credit the $30 toward your All-Access subscription.
Which AI tools do the courses cover?
Claude and ChatGPT, with setup walkthroughs for both. The underlying skills transfer to whichever tool your firm ends up using.
Is my client information safe if I use AI this way?
Confidentiality is covered directly in every course what you can and cannot put into a general-purpose AI tool, how to configure the settings that matter, and where the ethical lines sit. That is the point of the training.
How long does a course take?
